Tick the terms and conditions checkbox and submit. 777z will send an OTP to your mobile — enter it to verify your number and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. No. 777z allows only one account per person. If you are found to have created duplicate accounts, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the forgot password option or contact support at support@777z.world — do not create a new account.
Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. 777z will send a 6-digit OTP to that number. Enter the OTP and then set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@777z.world with your name and original number to go through identity-verified recovery.
Yes, but it requires identity verification. Contact 777z support via live chat or email with proof of identity — typically your CNIC — and confirmation of your current and new mobile numbers. The support team will update your registered number after verification. This process typically takes one working day.
Identity verification (KYC) is a standard security measure on 777z. It is typically triggered before large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. You will usually need to provide a copy of your CNIC and a proof of address. Completing KYC quickly means faster withdrawals and fewer interruptions. All documents submitted are handled securely and in line with the 777z Privacy Policy.
To permanently close your 777z account, contact support via live chat or email at support@777z.world and request account closure. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your verified payment method before the account is closed. If you want to close your account due to gambling concerns, consider using self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools instead — this gives you the same outcome with added safeguards.
Deposits
Log in to your 777z account and go to the Deposit section. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount you want to deposit and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your 777z wallet within seconds of confirmation.
The minimum deposit on 777z is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP Club members may have higher limits available. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits normally appear in your 777z wallet within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers can take up to 30 minutes on weekdays and longer on weekends. If more than one hour has passed and your deposit is still not showing, check your transaction history on your bank or payment app to confirm the payment was actually sent. If it was deducted from your account, contact 777z support via live chat with the transaction reference number and the support team will trace it for you.
777z does not charge any deposit fee on its end. The full amount you send is credited to your wallet. Some payment providers — particularly banks for IBFT transfers — may charge their own transaction fee depending on your account type and bank. Check with your bank or payment provider if you are unsure about charges on their side.
Yes. 777z has built-in deposit limit tools in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. You can set a maximum PKR amount per day, per week, or per month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Withdrawals
Log in to your 777z account, go to the Withdrawal section, choose your payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank transfer — and enter the amount. Your withdrawal will be sent to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Make sure your account has completed identity verification before requesting your first withdrawal, as unverified accounts may experience delays.
Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 4 hours for standard accounts. VIP Club members receive priority processing — typically under 1 hour. Bank IBFT withdrawals can take 1 to 2 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal timings start from when the request is approved, which usually happens within 30 minutes of submission during standard hours. Withdrawals during late-night hours may be processed at the start of the next morning window.
The minimum withdrawal on 777z is Rs 1,000 for all payment methods. There is no withdrawal fee applied by 777z on standard withdrawals. Large withdrawals above a certain threshold may require additional identity verification before they are processed — the system will notify you if this is required for your request.
Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include: incomplete identity verification (KYC not submitted or pending), active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, the payment method not matching the one used for the deposit, or a suspected security issue on your account. Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If none is shown, contact support via live chat and provide your transaction ID for a quick resolution.
Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds, not to your own deposited PKR. If you have accepted a bonus, the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal. Your own deposited PKR that was never part of a bonus can generally be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and KYC requirements.

Yes. All 777z table games and card games use certified random number generators (RNG). The outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or player behaviour. Cricket betting odds are set by a third-party odds provider and updated in real time based on match conditions. 777z does not manipulate outcomes — the house edge is built into the base odds on each market, just as it is on any regulated gaming platform.
Yes. The Live Cricket Score section of 777z tracks real-time scores across ongoing matches — PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Tests. You do not need to be logged in to view live scores. Pakistani players use this section to follow the game and make informed in-play bets at the same time from the same platform.
For most bet types on 777z, once a bet is placed and confirmed it cannot be cancelled. Pre-match bets submitted before the event starts are generally final. Some specific markets may offer a cash-out option before settlement — if cash-out is available for your bet, it will appear as an option in your active bets section. Check the specific rules for each market type in your account.
If a match is abandoned before a result is reached, 777z will void all bets on that match and return the staked PKR to your account wallet. The refund is processed automatically and typically appears in your wallet within a few hours of the match being officially declared abandoned or no-result. Bets on markets that have already been determined before the abandonment may be settled based on the result at the time of abandonment — this is specified in the individual market rules.
Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your 777z account after you make your first qualifying deposit. No bonus code is required for the standard new member welcome offer. To be eligible, you must register a new account, make a deposit of at least Rs 500, and the deposit must be your first-ever 777z deposit. The bonus is credited within minutes of the deposit clearing and its amount and wagering requirement are shown in your account notifications.
Bonus validity periods vary by offer but are always stated clearly in the bonus notification you receive when the bonus is credited. Most standard bonuses on 777z are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus balance is forfeited. Your own deposited PKR is not affected by bonus expiry.
Once you are registered on 777z, you get a personal referral link. When a friend registers using your link and meets the minimum activity requirement (typically a qualifying deposit and a set amount of gameplay), both of you receive a PKR reward — credited directly to your wallets. The 777z VIP Club has multiple tiers. You earn points automatically through normal gameplay — cricket betting, Poker, Ludo, Andar Bahar — and as your points accumulate you move up through tiers. Higher tiers come with faster withdrawals, higher bet limits, exclusive promotions, and a dedicated account manager. VIP points on 777z accumulate indefinitely as long as your account is active. Extended periods of inactivity — typically more than 90 days without any gameplay — may result in a tier review. Your PKR balance and account are not affected by inactivity, only your VIP tier status. Returning to active play restores point accumulation immediately. Security
Yes. 777z uses 256-bit TLS encryption on all data in transit between your device and the platform. Payments are handled through verified payment processors. Account access is protected by password authentication and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. 777z also monitors accounts for unusual activity and can flag or temporarily freeze accounts if suspicious login patterns are detected.
Log in to 777z and go to Account Settings, then Security. You will see the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle it on and confirm with your current password. Once enabled, every login to 777z will require your password plus a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA — it is the single most effective step you can take to protect your account and PKR balance.
Contact 777z live chat support immediately. Have your registered mobile number ready. The support team can freeze your account right away to prevent further unauthorised access, review recent login activity, and initiate the account recovery process. Change your password immediately if you still have access. Also change any other accounts that use the same password. Enable 2FA on 777z once your account is secured.
Never. 777z support staff will never ask for your password, OTP, or full CNIC number through live chat, email, phone, or any other channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 777z and asks for this information, it is a phishing or social engineering attempt. Do not provide any details and report it to the real 777z support team at support@777z.world immediately.
Responsible Gaming
Go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. Choose Self-Exclusion and select a period — from 6 months up to 5 years, or permanent exclusion. The exclusion takes effect immediately. Alternatively, contact support via live chat and a team member will activate it for you on the spot. During exclusion, your account is inaccessible and your PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. A cool-off is a short-term break from your 777z account — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off you cannot deposit, bet, or access games. Your account remains open and your PKR balance is safe. Set it from Account Settings under Responsible Gaming, or ask the support team via live chat. A cool-off is immediate and cannot be ended early, but unlike self-exclusion it has a shorter maximum duration and your account returns to normal automatically when the period ends.
